The project for Diamniadio new town is part of the National Development Program of Grand Dakar, to reduce congestion and overpopulation in Senegal capital city and facilitate all Senegalese middle-income groups to have access to a house quality at lower cost.
The City will stretch on a 500 hectares land and it will provide the Senegalese population with some 40.000 housing units, along with commercial, educational and recreational facilities. The project, already in construction, is expected to be completed within 2020.
