Where Tapiola seems to be a succesfull New Town, Hervanta seems quite the opposite. From the beginning there was a lot of negative coverage of the site (Hervanta-war of '67) and when the first inhabitants moved into the hastily build area (73), it was already considered a troubled area. source: Nanna Bjerre Jepsen
