Constanze Musterer

Constanze Musterer studied art history, religious studies and psychology in Berlin (FU). She works as an art historian, cultural producer, editor/author and curator/mediator in a variety of projects. She is particularly interested in artistic urban practices as well as intercultural, political and participatory issues in art and cultural institutional structures. She lived in Recife/Brazil for two years (2010-12), where she worked as a curator at the Murillo LaGreca Museum. Here she also researched street art in Brazil as a form of artistic protest between crime, the art market and social work. In 2016, she co-founded the online platform Yeast - Art of Sharing, which presents, reflects and shares artistic and cultural models of participatory action. She has been part of the team at the station urbaner kulturen/nGbK Hellersdorf since 2019.
